A: You may return your purchased items to me within 14 days from the delivery date. The Hair- & skin care products must be returned in un-opened condition!

Please return the purchased product in the same condition as it was at the time it was received, the product must be unused and have no stains, no odors and no damage. Please leave all labels attached. I will refund any item that I receive in a damaged condition.
Q: Can I return a package through any other post service aside from DHL?
A: Yes. However I must ask you to make sure the product is securely packaged and to choose a shipping service that provides you with a tracking number that you must forward to me at info@kalunjidesign.com. Please have the return item marked as returning goods and send to the address I provide to you in the email.
