FAQ (Returns and refunds below)

Q: What are the available payment methods?
A: Currently kalunjidesign.com accepts credit cards VISA, Master Card and American Express.

Q: Do we keep credit card details?
A: We never see your credit card details when you place an order on our website. The transaction is securely handled by Stripe.

 

Q: What are the shipping costs when buying online?
A: The shipping cost is 99 SEK with a total purchase below 1500 SEK. The shipping is free with purchases above 1500 SEK.

 

Q: How long does delivery take?
A:
Packages ordered online are normally delivered 7-14 business days within the EU. For the USA and the rest of the world 7-21 business days. Delivery can be longer than 21 days outside of the EU and the USA.

Q: Where does Kalunji Design deliver?
A: We currently deliver worldwide.

Q: How do I know when a sold out item is back in stock?
A: All new and restocked products will be mentioned on our Instagram handle: Kalunji040.

Q: Can I modify an order that I have already confirmed?
A: Orders cannot be modified once they have been confirmed.

Q: Can I cancel an order that I have already confirmed?
A: Orders can be cancelled by sending a cancellation request via email to info@kalunjidesign.com, only before a dispatch notification has been sent out by Kalunji Design.

Q: My order is missing/contains incorrect products.
A: Please send your order number and information of the item you purchased to our Customer Services (info@kalunjidesign.com). We will be in touch within the next 48 hours. You can find your order number in the confirmation email.

 

Q: Will any of my personal information be passed on to any other companies?
A:No, we don’t pass your information on to anyone, unless required to by law.

Q: Do you have a shop I could visit?
A: We don’t have a retail shop. But the studio is located in central Malmö and open for visitors by appointment.

 

Q: What kind of shrinkage should I expect?
A: This depends on what is actually done with the fabric, what processes the fabric goes through, and what conditions they are done in. It is always advisable to allow between 5% - 10% for shrinkage.

 

Q: Can I request samples? 
A: Yes, you can request a sample of most fabrics listed on the website. We will send you up to 3 samples free of charge, (not including postage). If you need more than 3 then we can send an additional 3 for a charge of € 5.00.

Samples on hair- and skinproducts are available for purchase in the webshop.

 

Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return an item that I have purchased?
A: You may return your purchased items to us within 14 days from the delivery date.

Q: How and where do I return a product?
A: If you are considering returning an item, contact us first by sending an email to info@kalunjidesign.com  
We will provide the address and all details to your email.

Please return the purchased product in the same condition as it was at the time it was received, the product must be unused and have no stains, no odors and no damage. Please leave all labels attached. We will refund any item that we receive in a damaged condition.

Q: Can I return a package through any other post service aside from DHL?
A: Yes. However we must ask you to make sure the product is securely packaged, and to choose a shipping service that provides you with a tracking number that you must forward to us at info@kalunjidesign.com. Please have the return item marked as returning goods and send to the address we provide to you in the email.

Please remember that Kalunji Design will not take responsibility for any items sent in through alternative shipping providers.

Q: Who will pay for the shipping fees of a returned order?
A: The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of a returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Q: Who will pay for the custom fees for a returning item?
A: Kalunji Design is not responsible and will not pay for, refund or compensate any custom fees. As custom fees vary from country to country, we recommend consulting your country's customs office for more information.

Q: How soon will you process my returns?
A: Your returns will be processed approximately within 48 hours from the moment Kalunji Design receives the returned package.

Q: How soon will I receive the refund?
A: The refund will be processed in a matter of days after confirming the condition of the returned item.

Q: I haven't received my refund yet - what is going on?
A: If you have not received a refund yet, we ask you to email us at info@kalunjidesign.com

Q: Can I return items that were on sale?
A: Only regularly priced items may be refunded.

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: We only allow exchanges in cases when the customer receives an item that was already damaged at the time it was received by the customer. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@kalunjidesign.com
